What documents will I need to connect an international phone number?
The majority of non-US national governments require ID, proof of residence, and some other personal information. You can get more information on how to get an international (non-US) phone number by contacting V-Tell Customer Service at: service.us@v-tell.com.

How do I block my number?
To block your number, you must contact V-Tell Customer Service at: service.us@v-tell.com.
Will my phone number be disconnected if I don't use it?
If the monthly service fee is unpaid on the due date, V-Tell Customer Service will provide a reminder. Once the monthly service fee goes unpaid within 30 days from the payment due date, the international phone number will be irreversibly disconnected. If the monthly service fee continues to be unpaid for 90 days from the payment due date, the US phone number will also be disconnected and V-Tell services will be discontinued. To reconnect services, contact Customer Service by email.
Where can I apply for a V-Tell eSIM?
To become a V-Tell Subscriber, contact V-Tell Customer Service at: service.us@v-tell.com. You can also apply via the V-Tell mobile app & website.
Can I get a «Custom/Vanity number» and how much does it cost?
Yes. You can request a «Custom/Vanity number» at your convenience in your personal account on the V-Tell website. To learn more about «Custom/Vanity» numbers, contact Customer Service at: service.us@v-tell.com.
Can I switch to the V-Tell eSIM with my existing phone number?
Yes, you can transfer your existing phone number to the V-Tell eSIM. For more information please contact Customer Service by emailing service.us@v-tell.com.
How long will it take to transfer a phone number to a V-Tell eSIM?
The timing can be between 5min to few business days, depending on the provider. To get more details on this you can contact V-Tell Customer Service at: service.us@v-tell.com.
Can I connect any international number to V-Tell?

How many international numbers can I have on my V-Tell eSIM?
You can add an almost unlimited quantity of local, and international phone numbers to your V-Tell eSIM.

What does it mean to select an international priority number in a certain country and how can I set it up?
If you have several international phone numbers of one country, you can choose which of them will be displayed on your contact's device when you are calling their country. You can set a priority number in your personal account on the V-Tell website or the mobile app. For detailed instructions on how to choose a priority number, you can contact V-Tell Customer Service at: service.us@v-tell.com.
Phone Plans
How can I change my plan?
You can connect a new plan in your personal account on the V-Tell website or in the V-Tell mobile app. You can also contact V-TELL Customer Service at: service.us@v-tell.com.
Is there a limit to the duration of phone calls?
No. V-Tell does not limit the duration of phone calls to its Subscribers. But, if you are roaming, the duration of phone calls may be limited by the mobile operator of the receiving network.
What type of plans does V-Tell offer and what are their prices?
You can find a description of the plans and their prices in the "Plans" section listed on the V-Tell website or on the V-Tell mobile app.
What is the «Multi-numbers» service? What is its cost?
The «Multi-numbers» service allows you to attach an additional number of any country to your eSIM. Each V-Tell plan includes 2 numbers - 1 (one) US number and 1 (one) international number of the first category of your choice. The list of countries of the 1st category is available in the «Description of the Multi-numbers service».
How much does it cost to change my existing plan?
Plan change is free of charge for V-Tell Subscribers.
What services are included in the plan price aside from voice, SMS, and Internet?
In addition to voice, SMS, and internet services, our plan prices include the ability to add one additional number of any country of the 1st category. The list of countries of the 1st category is available in the «Description of the Multi-numbers service».
What happens if I ran out of my plan's service allowance before the end of the month?
When a plan's service allowance has been exhausted, billing is applied based on consumption.
Balance and Payment
How can I top up my balance in my personal account?
You can top up your balance in your personal account on the V-Tell website or via the V-Tell mobile app.
Can I top up the balance of another Subscriber's personal account?
Yes, you can top up the balance of another V-Tell Subscriber, if you know his/her phone number. This option is available on the V-Tell website.
How can I check the balance of my personal account?
You may check the balance in your personal account by visiting the V-Tell website or via the V-Tell mobile app.
I top up the balance of my personal account in a timely manner but it quickly runs out of funds. What can be the cause of this?
The funds in your account run out when the allowance within the package is exhausted or when using mobile communication services outside the (calls, SMS, Internet). To get more information about the charges on your subscription, you can contact Customer Service and/or request itemized bills via the mobile app.
You can view the list of countries in the «Coverage Map» section of the V-Tell website or check the rates for communication services in countries outside of the Home Zone on the «Plans» page.
Does V-Tell work on a system of prepayment or post-payment?
V-Tell works on a prepayment system.
What forms of payment does V-Tell accept?
VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. V-Tell accepts most credit and debit card payments, as well as, direct bank account payments.

My Internet is not working. What should I do?

My voice services aren't working. What should I do?
Make sure your personal account balance has funds available. You can check your personal account balance on the V-Tell website or the mobile app. If you have issues with voice calls, please contact V-TELL Customer Service at: service.us@v-tell.com.

I received a message that my communication services are unavailable. What does this mean?
Communication services can become unavailable in the case of untimely payment of the subscription fee according to the terms of your plan or if the balance on your personal account does not allow you to make a call to the required destination.
Does V-Tell have a mobile app? What is its functionality?
Yes. You can use the V-Tell mobile app to manage your phone numbers, additional options, and plans.
You can also:
- • Add an almost unlimited quantity of local, and foreign phone numbers to one V-Tell eSIM;
- • Send a request to transfer all your current phone numbers to one V-Tell eSIM, preserving your contact information;
- • If you are calling a country not on your eSIM OR if you have multiple phone numbers in a single country, you can select a phone number that you would like displayed on your called parties caller ID;
